Fresh off of his critically acclaimed outing Fury, David Ayer is now prepping for his comic book movie debut with 2016's Suicide Squad for Warner Brothers, and it appears that the first major cast member may have just been confirmed! While several actors including Will Smith, Tom Hardy, and most recently Jared Leto (as Harley's "Mr. J" himself) have been rumoured for roles among the Squad's ranks, the particular potential cast member that caused most speculation was Margot Robbie (Wolf of Wall Street). While it was unknown who she was allegedly being considered for, many fans assumed that she would be playing Harley Quinn, who joined the titular team of supervillains in 2011 during Adam Glass' run on the title as part of DC's New 52. While no word has been given from the studio, Collider has reportedly learned "from sources" that Margot has indeed been cast in the role, with an official announcement to come soon. If this casting does come to pass, what do you think?
