Could these be the first pictures of the Foot Clan for the upcoming 2014 TMNT reboot or are these just regular robbers/crimnals?

Could these pictures taken on set with Megan Fox be of the Foot Clan for the upcoming 2014 TMNT reboot? If so, it certainly points to the military theme that ran throughout the leaked script. Hopefully this doesn't mean we are going to be getting Colonel Schrader. What do you guys think?

In the group picture, it looks like Daniel Bernhardt from The Matrix Reloaded playing one of the Foot Clan.

maybe its just normal robbers at the beginning of the film to introduce the turtles?

I just edited the article. If you look at the group shot. The guy furthest to the left looks to be Daniel Bernhardt from The Matrix Reloaded. This leads me to believe these guys will be the main henchmen in the film.

The possible military element is the one thing I'm dreading the most about this film. Transformers might as well have been Call of frigin' Duty. I kept thinking they were crossing over with G.I. Joe.
I mean, what the fvck does the military have to do with the Ninja Turtles?! Except for storming the TCRI building that one time in the comics. There should not be a heavy military presence in this film, but there will be, won't there? Fvck.
Hopefuly, they're aliens.

@DukeAcureds I agree, I feel there should be more of a Japanese element present in the film. If you zoom in on the last photo in full resolution. Someone pointed out you can actually see Japanese symbols on their shoulder. So, this just might be tactical gear and it might mean The Shredder instead of Col. Schradar.

I wouldn't mind the military if it was Bishop or something but making it the Foot Clan is just dumb. I mean if you think about it the Turtles use Foot Clan Ninjutsu. Yoshi came from the Foot Clan and his pet rat Splinter learned it from him and then taught it to the Turtles.
