Over the past few days, we've been treated to a lot of set photos featuring a stuntman suited up as Ben Affleck's version of Batman in The Flash. We know this incarnation of the Dark Knight will play a minor role in the DC Comics movie, but the fact that he's getting an action scene has left many fans hopeful that the actor will have more than just a throwaway cameo.
Time will tell on that front, but the movie is expected to serve as a farewell for "Batfleck," so we're certainly not expecting too much from his Caped Crusader.
In this newly surfaced set video, we get to see Batman racing through the streets of what we're assuming is meant to be Gotham City. He's in hot pursuit of an armoured vehicle that's doing plenty of damage to its surroundings, and we wouldn't be at all surprised if the vigilante ends up getting an unexpected helping hand from the Scarlet Speedster at this point in The Flash.
It's impossible to ignore the fact that this Batcycle bears a striking resemblance to the one featured in the pages of Batman: White Knight, and it's a design that looks badass in live-action.
We're not expecting more to be revealed about The Flash until DC FanDome takes place in October, when we might just get to watch the first trailer for the movie. With any luck, that will better explain how Warner Bros. plans to handle what looks set to be a soft reboot of the DC Extended Universe!
