A scooper has sent in some information and images regarding the forthcoming Dr. Pepper promotion for Thor.

Writes the scooper, "I work for Pepsi and we recently received the newest Dr. Pepper promo cans featuring Thor. The one can graphic is very good. There will be seven cans total similar to what was done with Iron Man. The first features Thor, this Is the only one Ive seen so far. The others are Loki, The warriors three, Sif, Heimdall, and the Destroyer. The seventh can will be the Hammer can with the words 'you are worthy'. This can will be the winner if found."

They could change the name from Dr Pepper to DR Blake if he was in it lol . Too bad we couldnt buy cans of meade , now that I would try .

Awesome stuff Ed - hope we get more images like this soon, as there seems to be new shots of the Warriors Three, the Destroyer, Sif and Loki on those other cans!

Those are actually alot cooler than the Iron Man 2 cans.


I can't wait for a commercial where a Dr. Pepper falls from the sky and Stan Lee tries to pick it up but he can't and then Chris Hemsworth flies in and picks it up and.......yeah.

Thats weird the source says that he works for pepsi,but I work at a grocery store and Dr Pepper is a Coke-a-Cola product.the images are a little wonky?hmmm....

Hey guys i read cbm all the time this is my first comment though. I will send Ed new pics as soon as I see the cans. Also since they seem to have all of the marvel movies I'm hoping to see Captain America also. Dr. Pepper is actually a cadbury product, but is produce by coke and pepsi depending on the region.

The Dr. Pepper cans are hardly the same as the toys we've been seeing for GL. The Dr. Pepper cans actually PROMOTE the movie. But even still, Thor has managed to supply us with plenty of movie pics and trailers to go along with their merchandising.
