Some of you may not know about the original made for tv film called "The Incredible Hulk Returns", which starred Bill Bixby as David Banner and Lou Ferrigno as The Hulk. Well Thor played a major role in it and was played by Eric Allan Kramer, the man who would later appear as a gay guy in "My Name is Earl" and Bear in "American Wedding." Crazy, right?

Well Kramer happened to show at a comic book store in New York City, where they had been expecting him. He went on record as saying that he is set to cameo in "Thor" and his cameo is "absolutely awesome!".

He also gave his best of luck to Chris Hemsworth, saying "From what I have seen of him so far, that dude is a great choice. He will, undoubtedly, make me look worse then I already look as Thor!"

I liked how he played Thor, so I would be more than welcoming to the idea of his cameo in the "Thor" film.

Good to see he's getting a cameo in the Thor film. Little nods to the past like that are always a good idea, even if 99% of the audience doesn't know who the guy is.

@Pyche -- Couldn't find anything more recent than 1991 for Steve Levitt (aka Don Blake) on IMDB or Wikipedia. Looks like he might be out of the business entirely.

That is so cool, he deserves a cameo. No matter how bad the old Hulk movies blew, Thor was still funny to watch (dude that played Daredevil... bleh).

I loved the drunk thor, that was awesome, and I believe that was the movie that really introduced me to thor. Always loved the hulk, but after that movie I had my dad pick me up some thor comics. Though the thor in comics seemed far different than in that movie, I, to this day, am a huge Thor fan. So, yes, seeing him in a cameo would be great. Thank you for playing thor the first time, Eric, and congratulations.

its kind of pointless for him to have a cameo, especially considering that no one knows who the "F" he is. do you honestly think anyone in the general public is going to watch this, see this guy, and know he played thor way back when in an old hulk television movie? of course not. hell, i'm a hardcore comics fan, and i won't even recognize him. what a waste

I remember watching him as Thor in that episode. I also remember being a bit miffed at the way Thor and Blake were totally separate people and that Blake yelled "Odin !" to call forth Thor rather than stamping the cane on the ground. All in all, I enjoyed the show for what it was. As for EAK and his cameo, great. I've seen him in several shows over the years and have enjoyed his acting. Men in Tights was great and he helped make it that way. He was damn good in American Wedding too. I'm one of the "general public" that does recognize him. And, yes, I too am a hardcore comics fan. I've been reading Thor comics in particular for the better part of 40 years. Give the guy a break. He IS part of our beloved comic book world.
