My buddy 'RealIronMan' from Spidermedia has once again tipped us to something descent to look at, this time involving action figures replicated for the much-anticipated THOR movie. Planted on the cover of Toyfare's latest issue is replicas of the Mighty Avenger THOR, tacking on the Destroyer, which we all know will go down when the film hits next summer.

If you look closely in the bottom right corner of the magazine cover, you'll see a small figure for the First Avenger, Captain America. It's great to know that Marvel has these two strong heroes in the can. While we're in the month of Thor's promotion, Captain America's month is believed to be early next year.

They look nice. But The US just can’t make a good articulated action figure. They make statues with joints. Well detailed and awesome paint jobs. Just suck BIG TIME at articulation. Marvel and Hasbro do a better job with articulation then DC. DC is just pathetic. Just make a statue why don’t you. Get mad it’s true. My $0.02

ROCK AND ROLL! Those look great! This must crush all previous super-powered fights! Who's the current title holder? Hulk vs Abomination? Neo vs Agent Smith? Blade vs Nomac is favorite of mine, but not the top. Hmmm...

That Destroyer looks cool. Good-looking Thor figure too. If I have any money when those come out, I definitely want both of them for my cube at work.

Kakinurmawth: That is indeed what will pass for Cap in the film. Glad to find someone else who doesn't like it. Too bad that the magazine cover needs to have these two quality figures ruined by picturing that CRAPtain America.

@comicbookguy: Haha. That little pic of cap looks like that chubby stunt double riding the motorcycle, lol. fail.

@Intruder - Yeah, Spidey vs Doc Ock was great too, although I always thought Spidey landing so many punches was wrong. One good punch to the face ought to knock ol' Doc out. Still, great sequence.

@deadpool72 - yeah, I might say the park scene is a better sequence, but it wasn't technically a super vs super fight accept for the part with Blonski.

*Sigh* poor Iron Man. Why can't you make this list? Maybe in number 3, if Mandarin is there.
