THE BOYS: First Official Look At Nick Wechsler As New Season 3 Supe Blue Hawk Released

The upcoming third season of Amazon's The Boys will introduce several new supes, and we now have a first look at Nick Wechsler (Roswell High, Revenge) as the patriotic jingoistic Blue Hawk.

We're still waiting on a trailer for The Boys season 3, but thanks to the latest episode of  the “Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman” web-series, we now have a first look at one of the new supes we'll meet when the show returns next year.

We don't know a whole lot about Nick Wechsler's (Roswell High, Revenge) Blue Hawk (he doesn't appear in the comic), but he's described as a "patriotic superhero" in the video, and if his outfit is any indication, the character will be introduced as a police officer parody.

Wechsler joins fellow new faces Laurie Holden as the Crimson Countess, Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy, Sean Patrick Flannery as Gunpowder, and Miles Gaston Villanueva as Supersonic.

Season 2 of The Boys ended with the death of Butcher's wife and the apparent disbanding of the team. We know they will reunite, however, most likely in attempt to bring down the increasingly psychotic Homelander. Queen Maeve was able to blackmail her rage-fuelled leader into backing off in the finale, but actor Anthony Starr has already confirmed that he will really let loose in Season 3.

It's also been confirmed that the highly controversial Herogasm comic book arc will be adapted, and showrunner Eric Kripke has hinted that the episode will be every bit as depraved as the comic.

The peck and ab pieces being tinier on side because the zipper doesn't go straight down the middle is pretty funny.

Black Noir is back at 100%. "Bulletproof backups" with Noir and Soldier Boy drawings.

I recognized that person that made money off from his ability to self-mutilate for BDSM purposes. Wonder if this breadcumb piece of info will become relevant in S3 or not and if it goes to affect Starlight.

Blue Hawk is an original character then. Betting the FBSA will keep a close eye on him too.

That must have also been our first look at Hughie in S3 when he went to that charity party with Newman and Edgar. Bet he must've have a good time hanging out with Starlight but without drawing too much attention.

Tried to read between the lines of Homelander's message and I got that he has ears everywhere.

I'm sure this will be subtle and nuanced like everything they do.

Getting a heavy “Comedian” vibe from The Watchmen here. Looks like another deranged supe in the mix. Love The Boys. Can only imagine what Homelander will get up to next season.

Gonna be interesting to see a Dredd reference opposite Karl Urban.
