If you're tired of the same bland old super-hero television shows, then you've come to the right place. The Boys is set to release on Amazon in a few months, and coming from a creative team made up of Evan Goldberg, Seth Rogen, (Preacher), and  Eric Kripke (Supernatural), fans aren't quite sure what to expect.

While it has been revealed that the general cast will be made up of names like Karl Urban and Elizabeth Shue, there's been a lot of speculation about "The Seven." As super-powered "a**holes," these people think they are above the rest of the world, and this is what prompts Karl Urban's character to get "The Boys" together to take them down.

Below, we have seven short clips which introduce each of the characters individually.

Meet Starlight, played by Erin Moriarty (Jessica Jones).

A-Train is played by Jesse T. Usher (Survivor's Remorse).

Homelander is the leader and is played by Antony Starr (American Gothic).

The Deep is the group's aquatic member, played by Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl).

Meet Queen Maeve, portrayed by Dominique McElligot (The Last Tycoon).

And lastly, here is Translucent, played by Alex Hassell.

All of the members of The Seven are here with the exception of Black Noir, who is being played by Nathan Mitchel (iZombie).

What are your thoughts on these characters? Interested in watching The Boys when it premieres? Check out the trailer below, and let us know your thoughts in the comments section!

In a world where superheroes embrace the darker side of their massive celebrity and fame, The Boys centers on a group of vigilantes known informally as "the boys," who set out to take down corrupt superheroes with no more than blue collar grit and a willingness to fight dirty.

The Boys is set to premiere on July 26. The show hails from Supernatural creator and Timeless co-creator Eric Kripke, Preacher‘s Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen, and Sony Pictures TV.

I'm morbidly curious to find out why they race swapped A-Train and The Deep.

@TheCoonII - We saw quite a lot during Punisher Season 1 in Madani and Russo's sex scenes, nothing about that was implied.
