Jesus, this series has been pitifully bad. Fire Moffat, bring in a new crew, and do Capaldi some justice

That said, I look forward to a new Zygon story

@LMB10

I really liked last season and I LOVED Capaldi as this new sort of atypical Doctor...but this new season is almost embarrassing.

I think they should get someone else on the series scripting , too.

Regardless of how people feel about the series, I am quite grateful for the universal acclaim Capalidi is receiving. The guy is just phenomenal in the role. Personally I enjoyed the first half of season 8 more than I have season 9 so far.

But it always comes back to Capaldi and that down the road he will be viewed as one of the best doctors ever. For me he's easily in the top three - without question. It would be a tragedy if his time in the Tardis was jaded by subpar story quality. That hasn't been my experience, but I do get why some people aren't pleased with the episodes.

Did anyone forget that Osgood was killed by Missy??? Of course we did have two Osgoods after the 50th anniversary show/movie.

@Humperdink Really? I hated 75-80% of last season straight down to the finale. I still hold that Forest in the Night is one of the worst episodes I've ever seen and should never have even been script-approved. This season I am finding a little more enjoyable. Especially since they got rid of that awful boyfriend character.
