The CW has just debuted some new poster art for the upcoming Arrwoverse "Elseworlds" event, and it reveals a pretty major plot detail of the upcoming three-part crossover. Check it out after the jump...
It's Freaky Friday, DCTV style!
The CW, via Arrow star Stephen Amell, has released a new promo poster for the upcoming "Elseworlds" event, and it features Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) suited-up as Green Arrow, and Oliver Queen (Amell) sporting The Flash's duds.
Though the plot of the crossover is still under wraps, this obviously has major story implications. Will the pair assume each other's identities for a specific reason, or are these actually alternate versions of the heroes? Given the premise of the 3-part event the latter is probably most likely, but we'll just have to wait and see.
The "Elseworlds" Arrowverse crossover begins Sunday, Dec. 9 with The Flash at 8 p.m., then continues on Monday, Dec. 10 at 8 p.m. with Arrow, and concludes with Supergirl on Tuesday the 11th at 8 p.m.
