The CWVerse has a new Caped Crusader in Javicia Leslie's Ryan Wilder, but Batwoman is about to add another costumed hero to its version of Gotham City.
Wallis Day recently replaced Ruby Rose as Kate Kane, but the former Batwoman has been brainwashed into believing she's actually Black Mask's daughter. As a result, she probably won't be suiting up again for a while, but Camrus Johnson's Luke Fox will!
Some newly surfaced set photos have confirmed that the actor will don Batwing's suit at some point in season two, which isn't a major surprise given the way Luke's story has been playing out this year. Clearly, he survives those recent injuries, and gets the chance to don this costume and become a vigilante (something we first saw play out on the page during The New 52 reboot).
Supporting characters suiting up has become commonplace in the former Arrowverse, with The Flash's Cisco and Caitlin Snow transforming into Vibe and Killer Frost in The Flash and Supergirl's Jimmy Olsen even becoming a hero known as Guardian.
Now photos like these are doing the rounds, The CW will likely reveal a promo shot of Johnson in his Batwing costume soon.
Batwoman airs on The CW every Sunday.
