GOTHAM Season 2, Episode 8 Promo; "Tonight’s the Night"

Tonight's shocking episode of Gotham featured a major departure for one character, but before anyone can deal with the ramifications of that, Detective Jim Gordon had best hope he survives the night as Theo Galavan puts a target on his back. Hit the jump for a first look...

Galavan sends Barbara after Jim Gordon, while he tries to make a business deal with Bruce Wayne. Barnes and Bullock are hot on Barbara’s trail, and Nygma has a run-in with a familiar face in the all-new “Rise of the Villains: Tonight’s the Night” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, November 9th on FOX.

Dat episode tho...

This could have easily been a mid-season finale. Definitely felt like it.

Side Note: I hope Barbara dies! :D

@Tempestjohn

Lil Bruce is probably the least interesting character on the show.

@BlackStar25 She will. Barbara and Jim will never get back together, it's too late for that, especially since Ben McKenzie is dating Morena Baccarain and knocked her up. My guess is that by the time Thompkins is pregnant, Barbara will redeem herself by saving Leslie and dies. Then Jim and Leslie name their daughter after her.

Why isn't this getting any play here?

Apparently Quicksilver will be looking for his father in Apocalypse.

That was heart-breaking. Poor Mama Kappelput (sp?). Loving the E. Nygma arc.

Another good episode! So, do we now finally see The Riddler actually become The Riddler or do they keep him at a slow pace?

@Kr08

Good point! I always thought Barbara would do something to Jim and they hook up one last time and she get's pregnant and that's how they have their daughter, Bat-Girl. Jim will then name her after her mom for some reason. You might be on to something with your theory though.

What their doing with The Riddler is awesome, and so is Penguin's arc

I'm hoping Barbara and Leslie get knocked up at the same time. Then we can have both Barbara and James Jr. Barabara needs to birth Junior because he's the one who's the psycho killer.
