There are many memorable moments in history, such as when man landed on the moon, when the Berlin Wall fell, when Spider-Man rights came back to Marvel Studios, and now, you can add the day when Netflix decided to bring back the massive hit series based off of a Korean manga, Full House, for a 13-episode order.

The series, now called FULLER HOUSE, will reunite Candace Cameron (Make It Or Break It, Puppy Love) as D.J. Tanner and Andrea Barber (The Skateboard Kid II) as the worlds worst human being, Kimmy Gibbler.

John Stamos, Bob Saget, and Dave Coulier are all set to guest star in the new hit series. No word yet on any other guest stars; but this writer certainly looks forward to a possible cameo from Tahj Mowry as Teddy.

Jeff Franklin, the genius behind Full House is going to return as showrunner for the new show.

@VisionaryNPA technically it's an adaption of a manga, so it counts.

@Mercwitham0uth Nobody asked for you but that didn't stop your parents from making a mistake.

@Mercwitham0uth It's the best show of the 90's aside from Seinfeld and Frasier.

That Korean Manga has the same name but nothing to do with the ABC show. This should be deleted.

Great news, otherwise.

There was no Manga based on this show:

Full House (풀하우스) is a manhwa series written and illustrated by Won Soo-yeon. It was later adapted into the 2004 Korean television drama of the same name.

It makes no mention of being inspired by the shit show. It doesn't count. :D

Face it, you lost.

Damn, this news has me wanting to go back and watch a bunch of shows I watched growing up.

Full House, Friends, Frasier, Cheers, Star Trek (Next Gen, Voyager, and Deep Space9), Happy Days, Harry and the Hendersons, Mr. Belvedre, Rosanne, Coach, The Wonder Years, Alf, Sienfield, The Drew Carey Show, New York Undercover, old seasons of the Simpsons....etc...

Ellie lives in "Full House," the house that her architect father built before passing away a few years ago. She loves the place, but one day people come to kick her out, claiming that the place now belongs to the famous British actor Ryder Bayer. Furious, she grabs her scripts that she has worked hard on writing, and wanders, trying to figure out why her house was taken. While walking across the street, she narrowly avoids being hit by a car, but the wheel does roll over her foot. And the owner of the car turns out to be none other than Ryder Bayer. As compensation for the accident, she asks for her house back, but he refuses, and they decide to enter a contract marriage and split the house between them. The manhwa is about their explosive marriage, and how they eventually fell in love with each other despite cataclysmic fights and dirty scandals.

That sounds like the TV show to me! As for me losing good sir...

No it doesn't.

"After news reporter Danny Tanner's wife Pam is killed in a car crash by a drunk driver, he recruits his brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis (an exterminator turned rock musician) and quirky best friend Joey Gladstone (who works as a stand-up comedian) to help raise his three daughters, D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle, in his San Francisco home. Over time, the three men as well as the children bond and become closer to one another."

So therefore:

I love sitcoms, but I could never really get into Full House.

It was just too family friendly and cheesy for my taste.

This is good news for fans of the original show though.
