In next week's episode of The Flash, Caitlin Snow will transform into Killer Frost to take on the Scarlet Speedster and Vibe. Frustratingly, we don't get to see her or Cisco suited up in the images below, but they still do a great job of teasing what's next for Caitlin as she potentially embarks on a villainous path. Will there be any coming back for her? That obviously remains to be seen for the time being.

We also get a behind the scenes look at Kevin Smith taking charge of the episode - titled "Killer Frost" - and considering the fact that he helmed one of season two's best instalments, his return is a very exciting prospect. With The Flash movie in need of a new director, perhaps Warner Bros. could turn to him for assistance as Smith is definitely proving to be an integral part of the DC TV Universe so far.

KEVIN SMITH DIRECTS; KILLER FROST EMERGES — Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) uses her powers to save Barry (Grant Gustin) but as her mother predicted, the effort unleashes her inner Killer Frost. Killer Frost goes on a rampage looking for Dr. Alchemy, kidnapping Julian (Tom Felton) and battling both The Flash and Vibe (Carlos Valdes). Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and H.R. (Tom Cavanagh) have a heart to heart talk. Kevin Smith directed the episode with story by Judalina Neira and teleplay by Andrew Kreisberg & Brooke Roberts.

Editor’s note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.

I still think Kevin's episode last season should've gone in the horror field instead of the sad emotional episode. Could've been a scary episode in the speed force.

@Craigferguson67 - I was hoping for the same. That it would be some unknown place to him where it was almost like a dark dimension of sorts. But instead we got a heaven replay like Speedforce for the first time we see it
