New TITANS Character Breakdown May Hint At An Appearance From The Demonic Trigon

Another character breakdown for the upcoming live-action Titans series has been unearthed, and it might just confirm that one of the main villains will be Raven's demonic daddy, Trigon. More past the jump.

The main team members for DC's upcoming Titans series have already been announced, but we're still not sure which villain the teenage heroes will be squaring off against. Could it be Trigon, perhaps?

The powerful demon is one of the team's main foes in the comics, and this new character breakdown courtesy of TitansPodcast.com may confirm that he'll be a shadowy presence over the course of the first season before being featyured more prominently in the finale.

“[EVAN LOGUE]: Male, Late 30s-40s, Caucasian. Charismatic. A cult leader attempting to reunite his family. Central role for series finale. RECURRING GUEST STAR. Please submit star/cameo names. Casting early for wardrobe but the role works Ep. 111 (04/09-04/19) and Ep. 112 (04/19 – 05/01)”

Of course, it might not be Trigon. The description could well be referencing the villain's connection to his daughter, Raven, but there are other possibilities. Brother Blood, for example.

At any rate, Titans is scheduled to start shooting early next year so we should find out who this mysterious character is soon enough.

seems more like brother blood to me. And he would make more sense for a show than trigon.

@PapaLazarou - That’s exactly what I thought. I don’t think of Trigon as a charismatic leader. Also, the race of the actor would not matter so much since he is red.

@RolandD - Exactly. Then again, they could be going for a Trigon that has a human form, and they want him to look a bit like Raven. But yeah, don't think it's Trigon.

@PicolasCage - I'm hanging out to see Starfire's but I doubt Raven and Beast Boy will start with proper costumes as the two youngest characters.

From what I've found, I believe Raven starts out as a strange kid who is always in a hoodie and Gar's condition has only turned his hair green so far so those two will be growing into their roles. I guess it's possible Gar will have a suit but I think Rae will probably have to go to Azarath first to get her cloak.

@PicolasCage - Yep, same guy. He's done some incredible work on Justice League and Birds of Prey, a bit of Batgirl too. Type in "Benes cover" in google, you won't regret it.

I bet it's Brother Blood. Trigon is way too big of a baddie for them to feature significantly in the first season. I'm guessing he'll be the villain for later seasons, along with Deathstroke.

@Unreal2k9 - My guess would have been Blood aside from reuniting the family thing. That definitely sounds more like Trigon's deal.

@Unreal2k9 - Only reasons I see that not happening is 1. Arrow already used both those characters and 2. Deathstroke was shelved by WB and no shows can currently use him thanks to the movie
