According to Moviezine, the actress is the last pic is Pascale Armand. She doesn't have a lot of film or tv work under her belt, but she's apparently a part of the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D cast..unless it's just for this episode. Who could she be playing? Who could those red mask wearing gents be? Be sure to leave your thoughts in the usual place.

Rising Ride is the conspiracy website that sets out to expose S.H.I.E.L.D. to the world. The website contains video clips from the battles in Harlem and at the Stark Expo. As of at least June 17th, the site has "gone dark" and left a message of returning when least expected by S.H.I.E.L.D.

Yeah, I think HYDRA sounds logical. They'd be wearing the red masks as a tribute to Red Skull like 92Marvel said.

Filming only the 4th episode and the show airs in about a week?

Didn't know they did that. I thought several episodes are made of a show before it airs. You know how many things could go wrong.

surely they aren't going to air the pilot and maybe 1 or 2 more then take a break?? kind of disliking that trend these days

Or they wear the masks so somebody won't know the identity of a single person being targeted. Why else would they dress indentical, have the same build/ height, and all have a briefcase cuffed to the same hand. Its a smoke screen in my opinion.
