The First DAREDEVIL Season 3 Set Photos Are Here And It Looks Like Big Changes Are Coming For Wilson Fisk

Daredevil season three is currently shooting in New York City and if these first set photos are any indication, it looks like Wilson Fisk/The Kingpin can look forward to a change of surroundings...

The last time we saw Wilson Fisk, he was safely behind bars vowing to get revenge on Matt Murdock and Daredevil. Now, with season three shooting in New York City, some set photos have surfaced seemingly confirming that The Kingpin won't be in prison for long. As you can see, Deborah Ann Woll was spotted outside a swanky looking building/hotel and it seems Fisk must be somewhere nearby.

After all, Vincent D'Onofrio's cast chair was the only other one spotted and it makes sense that The Kingpin of Crime would call somewhere like this home (and that Karen Page would be after him).

It's widely believed that Daredevil season three will
adapt the "Born Again" storyline and that will be an awful lot of fun to see. Interestingly, The Defenders left Matt in the care of Sister Maggie, something which originally happens after Fisk learns Daredevil's secret identity and attempts to kill him.

Daredevil will presumably return to Netflix late 2018/early 2019. Are you excited for season three?

I saw "Daredevil" shooting!! I'm lucky😆 #daredevil #newyork #filmshooting

I wonder if Karen will turn tricks and sell DD out for a shot of dope?

@narrow290 - well yea and see I think for that narrative in the show to be truly believable for us in the audience, they should be very explicit, very graphic in how they portray her hooking...
lol

If they want to bum part of their audience out, they might.

@narrow290 - "Its not like I pulled this outta my ass

I know! LOL! I read here that this happened in the comics and I understand from a certain perspective that many readers want these moments re-created on film.

Having said that, it would still bum out part of the audience. I don't think the majority of viewers want to see characters they like suffer that much. So, I guess I was somewhat sarcastic in my response, but my point stands, this will bum a lot of viewers out who like her strong character (I LOVED it when she killed Wesley).

Same for killing a bunch of heroes in the Avengers 3 & 4 (like many want) because it happened in the comics. Many want to see this happen, but I suspect it won't happen to the degree as in the comics because (1) Kevin has stated it won't and that there are specific reasons for killing heroes in the comics that don't pertain to the films and (2) unnecessarily killing favorite characters can and will cause less sales in in home media purchases, and future potential ticket sales (if Tony dies, less tickets will be sold later).

In both examples, it is about money. Killing heroes in the comics helps make money. Killing them in the films helps them loose money.

Sorry to ramble. I would be surprised if the writers do to Karen what they did to her in the comics.

@LSHF - You're right! DD has always been my favorite hero because he suffers from depression and he has a real disability ( guess that makes him more human to me) plus he's a complete bad-ass and his life is one shit sandwich after another with that being said: i have no real desire to see Karen do that to him. I never really thought about it in terms of fan reaction in film vs comics though and it makes a lot of since! I'm certainly not one who wants to see ANY Avenger Die ( although it does seem unavoidable) anyway, thanks for your input bro. Certainly made me see things in a different light

@narrow290 - Thank you for your response. I hope I didn't come across in any negative way. I liked arguments/arguing (not fighting) because I can learn from them and inform others, so sometimes when I respond to someone's statement/argument, I attach the statement/argument and it probably gets taken personally sometimes (and I need to learn how to word things better).

IF any of the heroes die, hopefully it will be a situation where the actor wants out (and not back in at a later date) and, of course, saves many in the process. Otherwise, can money will be lost (another light to see it in).

Did you enjoy the film version of Daredevil any? I prefer the Director's Cut, skip some of the scenes, and try to to look at the terrible CGI (when it appears), and it makes it worth my while. I liked Ben's performance, some of the ways Matt worked around his blindness, and many of the fight scenes were pretty cool.

But, of course, I'm loving the Netflix series!

@LSHF - Bro, I loved the Afleck DD movie! its got flaws sure ( that park fight scene and Bullseye was over the top) but they got Matt right for the most part I really liked the parkor even though it was exaggerated. the directors cut is awesome! I love the Netflix show too I just wish there was more parkor. That's why I feel in love with the character as a kid the thought of a blind man diving off a building blew me away!!

Yeah, I hope if any of the hero's die in Infinity War they bring them back with the time gem..

Whats your thoughts on the lack of parkor in DD season 1 & 2? he got the grapple line at the end of S2 so I thought we'd see some in Defenders but sadly that's not the case

@narrow290 - "Whats your thoughts on the lack of parkor in DD season 1 & 2? he got the grapple line at the end of S2 so I thought we'd see some in Defenders but sadly that's not the case"

I don't know much about "parkour" and have rarely seen any of it, although the first several minutes of "Casino Royal" was worth the price of admission, alone.

Having not seen much of it, I enjoyed every moment I "did" see some in the Netflix series and was happy for what I got. I didn't really think about it much aside from that.

We didn't see Jessica Jones do any of her "high" jumping in "The Defenders", either. I thought she was going to when her and Matt were trying to get to Danny really fast after Matt sensed/knew something was up.

I guess we can blame the writers (or whomever made those decisions) to NOT have Jessica and Matt do their jumping/parkouring. It was have been nice to see. But I try to appreciate what I can get. I loved "The Defenders".

@LSHF - Yeah Man! The 1st scene in Casino Royal was awesome!! and your right, the shows are so well written that its not that big of an issue
Its how he travels the city in the comics and I cant imagine him walking down the street in full costume lol so here's hoping we see more in S3
