For many, Wilson Fisk was a major highlight of Daredevil season 1, and one of the standout characters of Marvel's Netflix shows in general. Despite this, we haven't seen The Kingpin since then aside from one brief altercation with The Punisher in season 2.

Well, that all changes when Daredevil season 3 hits our screens, as it was recently confirmed that Fisk would return to wreak vengeance on Matt Murdock and friends for landing him in prison.

Season 3 is due to start shooting soon, and actor Vincent D'Onofrio sent out the following Tweet last night as he prepared to leave for the first cast reading:



We'd hoped to see Castle Vs. Fisk round 2 in The Punisher's solo series, but it looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer for that - though there is always a chance the ultra-violent vigilante will also drop in on The Man With No fear for a little catch-up in season 3 of Daredevil.
