Marvel Studios has released another batch of stills from last week's episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and they highlight a number of key moments from "The Whole World Is Watching." We see more of Wyatt Russell's Captain America, the Dora Milaje, and Daniel Brühl's Zemo.
In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, director Kari Skogland was asked if Madripoor - which was introduced in the show's third episode - is a location we can expect to see more of in the MCU.
"I don't think they’d ever have a conversation like that because they really look to how it sits within the story you’re telling. So, I don’t know whether they have future plans or not. I wouldn’t know," she admitted. "[They] only look at the immediate, and say 'make it the best you can make it. Make it the most evocative you can make it. Put together something that we haven’t seen before, that’s pulled from the comics, but isn’t duplicating what the comics are doing, but improving it.'"
The filmmaker added that "If we’re lucky enough, and we’ve 'dazzled,' then they would probably use it again. I don’t know."
It's clear there's more to explore in Madripoor beyond The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, as the Disney+ series only really scratched the surface of the fictional island.
