Is a Luke Cage movie being made under our noses

According to the unreliable IMDb we could be seeing a Luke Cage movie by 2011

The unreliable IMDb states the Luke Cage movie as in production. John Singleton director of Baby Boy, Four Brothers and Boyz N The Hood and Ben Ramsey writer of Dragonball:Evolution, Love and a Bullet, and The Big Hit as writer are attached. Tyrese Gibson is Luke Cage star of the Transformers trilogy and three of John Singleton's movies. Kevin Navayne is Willis Stryker who has been in three episodes of "CSI: Miami."
Luke Cage is a member of the New Avengers. Hopefully this film will tie into the future of the Avengers, since quoting Nick Fury "You think you're the only superheeo in the world? You've become apart of a bigger universe you just don't know it." Luke Cage was also a Hero for Hire.
I hope the film gets made, just with a different writer because Ben Ramsey sucks.
