Moon Knight has taken us on quite the ride over the past four weeks, and while select members of the press were allowed to view those first few episodes in advance, we're now all on the same page heading into the final two chapters. The first four instalments have certainly given us lots to talk about, and we now have some wild predictions to share with you for where this latest Disney+ story could be heading.
From the ways this series could set the stage for the Marvel Cinematic Universe's future to what we think Marvel Studios has in store for Marc Spector (and a couple of his other personalities, of course), there are some crazy ideas here...including one that some might deem to be a tad controversial.
As always, we're sure you'll have your own ideas and suggestions, and we'd love to hear them - and what you think of ours - in the comments section. Moon Knight is a character with a tonne of potential, and he's someone who lends himself to a lot of crazy scenarios, particularly in these final episodes.

5. An Unexpected New "Enemy"
If you're not overly familiar with Moon Knight's comic book adventures, then there's probably a good chance the show's teases about a third personality have passed you by. While we've become acquainted with Marc Spector and Steven Grant, Jake Lockley has been mysteriously absent...that is, until neither Marc nor Steven could recall inflicting serious violence on those who have stood in their way.
On the page, Jake - a New York cabbie who serves as Marc's eyes and ears on the streets - is definitely volatile, but Moon Knight seems to be setting the stage for him to be the hero's most violent, unhinged personality. He wants out of that sarcophagus, and something tells us he'll be another obstacle for Marc and Steven to overcome in that asylum. The question is, is Jake actually Khonshu's perfect avatar?
We have some thoughts on what lies in store for the Moon God and will get to those shortly...
4. A Werewolf By Night Tease
Composer Michael Giacchino will make his directorial debut with the Werewolf by Night Halloween Special coming to Disney+ this year, and fans are understandably anxious to learn how Moon Knight will factor into that. After all, the hero made his debut in the pages of a Werewolf by Night comic book, so does it not make sense for the premise of that story to show Moon Knight hunting him down?
Yes and no. If this Halloween Special is meant to serve as an introduction to the character, then overshadowing him with Moon Knight would do Werewolf by Night a disservice. Instead, we think Marvel Studios will take this opportunity to tease the character's existence, building excitement for Jack Russell's introduction and an eventual clash between the two anti-heroes further down the line.
We're expecting a post-credits scene and a strong hint that Marc intends to become a monster-hunting superhero once Arthur Harrow is defeated. After all, supernatural threats are still out there!
3. Merging Personalities...And Goodbye Khonshu
Khonshu is currently trapped by The Ennead, but footage from upcoming episodes confirms that Marc Spector will regain the suit and his superhuman powers. However, don't be surprised if the Marc who awakens after being gunned down by Harrow is very different to the one we've spent time with before now. Looking at what happened in the comics, we believe the three personalities will merge.
Marc, Steven, and Jake all realising they're stronger as a unit will lead to the emergence of a renewed Moon Knight who is more powerful than ever before. Marvel Studios can always revisit Marc's instability by having him later use Steven and Jake as alter-egos, only for those personalities to start taking control again. The question is, where exactly would a stable Marc leave Khonshu?
Well, while the MCU's take on that Moon God is a little less sinister than his comic book counterpart, we have a feeling he'll be sent packing, either by Marc or as a way to stop Harrow once and for all. Without being forced to live by Khonshu's rules, Moon Knight can become his own hero in this world.
2. A New Costume
In the comic books, Mr. Knight has become Marc's go-to for his adventures protecting the streets of New York. While we've seen him don his regular suit as well, it's typically this persona that dishes out punishment to the city's evildoers. In the TV series, Mr. Knight has been used as a punchline, and something of a goofy costume persona for the eccentric Steven Grant to wear when he sees action.
As a result, we can't imagine Mr. Knight being a major player in the MCU moving forward. It's a shame, but that doesn't mean Moon Knight is going to end without the hero getting a new look. But if Marc is classic Moon Knight and Steven is Mr. Knight, where exactly does that leave Jake?
We have an inkling he sees himself as a true superhero (hence the action figure in the asylum), and will be decked out as such. That carrying over into the future adds up, especially if Marc assembles alongside the rest of The Avengers at some point (if he ends up being part of a team like the Midnight Sons, then that classic costume might stick around). Still, we're betting on a mashup of all three.
1. A New Moon Knight?
On multiple occasions, Oscar Isaac has said that he's only signed up to star in Moon Knight. That means no multi-picture deal and potentially points to him being a one-and-done character in the MCU. After the actor's disappointing experience in the Star Wars sequels, no one can really blame Isaac for being reluctant to sign away another decade of his life. So, where exactly does that leave Moon Knight?
This will be controversial among fans, but with so much of Marvel Studios' Phase 4 being about heroes passing the mantle (and a long-overdue increase in diversity), what if Khonshu makes good on his threat and makes Layla El-Faouly his new avatar? An Egyptian woman being the Egyptian Moon Good's representative does make sense, though that would be a real disservice to her and Marc Spector.
After all, there's a lot that can be done with Layla without shoehorning her into this Moon Knight identity, while there are more facets of Marc to explore beyond what we'll see in these six episodes.
