All Elite Wrestling held its annual All Out PPV in Chicago, Illinois last night, and there was a fun surprise during the show for comic book fans. With She-Hulk: Attorney at Law currently streaming on Disney+, TBS Champion Jade Cargill busted through a wall of fake bricks and made her way to the ring looking every bit as formidable as the MCU's Jade Giantess. 

Cargill was defending her title in a match against Athena (previously known as Ember Moon in WWE), and while her opponent came close to winning a few times, Jade got the 1-2-3 after hitting her "Jaded" finishing move.

That extends her winning streak to 37-0, harkening back to a time Goldberg was undefeated in WCW. AEW also appears to be heading down that route with Cargill, though we're hoping her streak ultimately ends a little better than Goldberg's. That came to an end after he was tased by Scott Hall, resulting in Kevin Nash pinning him during what would prove to be WCW's dying days. 

AEW's momentum has stalled in recent months, and with Triple H now in charge of WWE, Tony Khan is clearly struggling to keep up (that was evident from last night's overly long, messily booked All Out). 

As for Cargill, it's no secret she's a big comic book fan as the pro wrestler has previously dressed as Storm and various other pop culture characters. There's a lot of crossover between wrestling and comic book fans, and that extends to those who step into the squared circle to compete.

@MyCoolYoung - Jade Cargill is a freak of nature. And I say that with nothing but the best intentions. It's crazy because she's got such an amazing physique that none of the women look like they could stand a chance against her in real life.

She's also worn several other comic and video game related gear also. She's dressed as Jade from Mortal Kombat, and the classic Storm costume and looked amazing in all of them.

@batman001 - she really does. And it’s not even close imo. Maybe they should’ve went this route. Instead of making her cgi every time she turns they could’ve went this route with a actress that looks close to jade here. Then use cgi for the first episode shrinking that actress down to look unhulked. That way she could stay green all the time like she does in the comics. I know the actress pool that look like jade cargill is pretty much nonexistent but it’s not like they need an Oscar worthy performance from them. Seems like a missed opportunity to me. Time will tell though, so far I’m not super impressed with She-Hulk tho

@batman001 - No she doesn't. You're just saying something dumb because you don't like something. The majority of the fans would still be complaining if they had someone with a decent size, in body paint, but can't act to save their life. This is all fantasy and there's always going to be compromises, just like how my uncles made compromises when watching the 70's Hulk show.

@ColdSlither - Are you really assuming that I hate the show because I don't I think that it's average at best but when somebody cosplaying as a character looks better then somebody who is payed to portray that same character then you know that the show has messed up somewhere in the casting process.

@batman001 - I think that would be terrible, the only reason they did it back then is due to lack of technology. Also Hulk & She-Hulk are very different characters. Hulk turns into a monster. She-Hulk is just a larger, greener version of herself with the same voice too.

@Tpo81 - You can cast different people to play both Jen and She-Hulk just have the actress playing dub in her voice for the She-Hulk character in post production this way you get alot less terrible CGI and you get hopefully great looking practical effects that will look timeless remember just because you can use CGI doesn't always mean that you should use CGI.

I wasn't a fan of Love and Thunder, I do like She-Hulk, but I'm not arrogant enough to say when I dislike something or like something that means I'm 100% right and 8 Billion people agree with me.

They should have used a Lou Ferigno/classic hulk tv show type method to portray shehulk.

The cgi looks awful.

@Lokiwasright - I don't know why they didn't. Apparently it was written to have more she hulk scenes but they had to cut back due to budget.

@Origame - Having CGI Hulk stand next to a woman with obvious AF green paint on her skin would look absolutely ridiculous on tv and especially in an Avengers film. Not to mention when they displayed her strength it would look ridiculous.

They don't need to do green paint they just need to improve on what they have going forward just like they did with Hulk.

@LongMayHeReign - I really don't think so if done right. Thor didn't look ridiculous next to and fighting cgi hulk. Hell, the super serious incredible hulk movie had regular Tim Roth against a cgi hulk and no one batted an eye.

@Origame -All regular Tim Roth did was run fast, (which is easy to do unless you're Ezra Miller) avoid CG Hulk, and shoot his gun. He never threw Hulk strength punches or ever actually went hand to hand until he became Abomination.



The scene works great because they were reserved with using Blonsky's super soldier abilities and had him do realistic attacks with weapons. Now try to imagine MCU Gamora except 6 to 7 feet tall displaying the same type of strength and power that Hulk has?

Sorry but I just don't think it will work.

Also when extremely powerful non CGI characters fight humans/humanoid beings it tends to make them look much weaker . For instance Thor in AOU fighting Hydra soldiers hand to hand looks no more powerful than Cap.




Again they just need to improve the CGI going forward. Imo, She-Hulk suffers from the same issue Hulk did in Incredible Hulk, they were both too smooth which makes them look fake. Ruffalo Hulk looks great in She-Hulk and everywhere else because his skin has texture, blemishes, hairs, pores. Jen's model needs more detail like Bruce's and then the CGI look will work much better for most of the detractors of her visual appearance.

@Origame - Also the longer people play painted or prosthetic dependent characters usually the lazier the look becomes due to reducing time in the makeup chair. Meanwhile Hulk's CG model has gotten better and better with each appearance.

And I agree about blonsky, but hulk fought Thor twice. We're neither of those fights too ridiculous to you?

@LongMayHeReign - idk, I've liked the painted mcu characters so far. Only real issue a painted she hulk would have is differentiating from Gamora but that was always a problem.

@Origame - Yes the first fight in Avengers looked weird when Hulk grabs Thor at the end, and when Thor jumped on Hulk's back. The Ragnarok fight they were both very CG so it blended better imo.
