THE BOOK OF BOBA FETT Spoiler Stills Feature A Closer Look At "The Streets Of Mos Espa"

Chapter 3 of The Book of Boba Fett, "The Streets of Mos Espa," lived up to its title by taking us into the inner workings of the city...for better or worse. That speeder gang remains incredibly divisive among Star Wars fans, and it's fair to say that the action sequence that essentially boiled down to three colourful scooters chasing a beaten up old car won't be remembered among the franchise's best.

Regardless, Lucasfilm and Disney+ have now unveiled a fresh gallery of stills from the episode highlighting key characters and moments. There's nothing too exciting or revelatory here, though we do appreciate a closer look at Danny Trejo's Rancor Keeper given what a fun role he had in the show.

After the death of those Tusken Raiders, we're no longer sure what the plan is for Fett in the show's flashbacks. It had been widely assumed that the Tusken massacre would come later in the series in order to explain why he decided to seek out his armour, but it appears more twists are coming our way before then.

The Pykes clearly have something to do with it, but common sense says they're reporting to a higher power. We're sticking with our prediction that Crimson Dawn is involved. However, with only four episodes left, there are bound to be more revelations this Wednesday now Fett is out for vengeance. In the present day, meanwhile, Tatooine's new crimelord is gearing up for a full-blown war.

Take a look through these newly revealed stills from The Book of Boba Fett below:

I'm just not sure why they are going this direction. A Boba Fett show should have been a no brainer. If we get flashbacks at all, it should be to his time as a prime Boba Fett, the era we all dreamed of him being a bad ass in his prime, establishing his bad assery and becoming Darth Vaders bounty hunter of choice, showing us enemies he made who will show up in current day when he's taking over Jabbas syndicate. In the flashbacks to when he's younger, never have him take off the helmet.

And in present day make Boba a [frick]ing warlord, a feared man who will kill anyone without flinching to establish his Mandalorian like death grip on his empire. He was his father's prized pupil, the bitter and deadly warrior who made the underground his bitch.

Boba Fett should be Tony Soprano and Batman fused together. The ultimate bad ass of the Star Wars universe when it comes to Bounty Hunter type characters.

What we are getting is.... very very boring.

@ElricReturns - Instead we get Boba making speeches, asking for tribute, and actively sparing his enemies from harm.

The set dressing feels a bit hollow. The rancor dungeon and jabbas palace do not feel lived in. They look like recreations. I like the story a lot though. My favorite scene from ep 1 and ep 2 are sarlacc pit and desert hallucination

Woooo doggy, den two boys look like little Rancors themselves. If they asked the TMNT out for prom:
You take the ugly one.
You take the ugly one!
I’ll take the ugly one!
Which ones the ugly one?!

Just going to wait for it to wrap up and binge it. Was really pumped about this series but I’m two episodes in and I unfortunately just don’t care. Last thing I ever thought my mindset would be about a Boba Fett show

It would be great to see Temuera Morrison in the MCU. Perhaps En Sabah Nur, a desert horseman in Egypt. Finally, he may be a CGI Apocalypse.
