THE MANDALORIAN Chapter 13 Title Seemingly Hints At The Debut Of [SPOILER]

The title of next Friday's episode of The Mandalorian has now been revealed, and while there is some room for interpretation, it does appear to hint at the debut of... well, read on to find out!

Bo-Katan name-dropped Ahsoka Tano towards the end of last week's episode of The Mandalorian, and while today's instalment of the Disney+ series saw Din Djarin take a little detour from his mission to reunite The Child with his own kind, it looks like next Friday's "Chapter 13" will feature the live-action debut of the fan-favorite Clone Wars warrior.

The Star Wars Stuff Twitter account, which has been spot in with episode titles and synopses up until now, has revealed that season 2, episode 5 is called "The Jedi."

Now, while we know that Ahsoka is not actually a Jedi, Djarin has no idea, and the fact that Katan revealed Tano's location when quizzed about the "sorcerers" means there's a good chance this title is indeed a reference to the character.

Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean Rosario Dawson will show up as Ahsoka (Djarin could simply learn more about her and set off to track her down), but previous rumors have indicated that "Snips" will be introduced in the fifth episode of season 2, so it's probably a safe bet.

What do you guys think? Is "The Jedi" a reference to Ahsoka or another force-wielder? Drop us a comment down below.

Makes sense. Dave Filoni is directing. It stands to reason he would get to direct his crowning achievements first live action appearance

Anyone wish the stormtroopers were more of a threat? or least less of them around? kind of wonder after awhile how many Finns are getting massacred

Luke and Ahsoka meeting is perhaps the biggest part of Star Wars currently missing. Can't wait to see which medium this turns up in:

@Nightwing1015 - I want Luke to show up in this so bad I can't stand it. Preferably just a cameo a la Vader in Rogue One.

@FleischerSupes - How would that work? CGI deepfake? Would probably be better than just a recast tho, IDK but I don't think a Luke recast would be so easily accepted.

@Nightwing1015 - they have Sebastian Stan, do they not? :p

@Spidey91 - They could do it, it's just hard to recast a character as iconic as Luke. Would rather they deepfake him tbh. It looked great in TROS for the few brief seconds he was on screen.

@Nightwing1015 - Yeah deepfake possibly with Hamill's voice. That's why it should be brief but awesome.

@Nightwing1015 - yeah, but at that point why even "deepfake" him when a close-enough looking ator could do the job just fine with little touch-ups instead of an entire CG render of his face? not to mention TROS very cleverly disguised any potential uncanny valley shenanigans with dark moody lighting.

@Spidey91 - Tbh I don't even think Seb looks that much like him. That's the only photo where he does. I guess they could go ahead and do it but it would probably be in a different Disney Plus show.

@Nightwing1015 - yeah, even in those pics you posted they still look a lot alike to me lol

Of course I wouldn’t mistake Sebastian for Mark on the street, but they’re pretty damn close. With a little makeup and cgi touch up I think it could actually work 🤷🏽‍♂️ And it could be a gateway to more young Luke content

@SonOfOdor - Yeah would have to see him on set in costume. It could work but perhaps an animated show would be better in Clone Wars style.

-"The Jedi"

that sounds like Ahsoka to me too.

with that tracker planted on the Razor Crest and the hint at an army of cyborg troopers I guess we're in for a hell of a fight scene where Ahsoka is gonna bring the Force smack down on their asses.

I get that this show is a bunch of episodic adventures. But it's really starting to test my patience. And I'm a real patient guy.
