The Mandalorian is the first live-action Star Wars TV show to hit Disney+ and there's a lot of excitement surrounding what the series is going to reveal about the post-Return of the Jedi Galaxy.

Critics aren't being shown the premiere for fear of spoilers leaking, and it's hard to escape the feeling that the show could wind up being a game-changer for the franchise. Disney is clearly happy with it, anyway, as a second season has already been given the green light and is now shooting.

Now, an entire gallery of hi-res images from The Mandalorian have been officially released.

Featuring moments we haven't seen before, closer looks at key scenes from the trailers, and images previously released in low-res/with watermarks, there's a lot to delve into here. So, to check out these images from the show before it premieres next Tuesday, hit the "View List" button down below!

Haven't seen a person on here or otherwise who isn't hyped for this, even those let down by the current Star Wars trilogy. All signs looking super positive, I'm so ready for this show!

Wait, they're freezing people in carbonite? That makes no sense. Everything about that scene in empire showed was that that wasn't at all common for people to do. In fact, after han was frozen, landos reaction to han still being alive implied that he didn't even know you could definitely survive that process. And didn't they freeze han so they could see if it was possible so they could use it on luke? Why would it be a mystery if its done more often?

@Origame - Because this takes place at least five years after ESB...

@Origame - No problem! Official statement holds it's 5 years after ROTJ and 30 before TFA.
