THE MANDALORIAN Fan Poster Imagines Sebastian Stan As Post-RETURN OF THE JEDI Luke Skywalker

We're all wondering who the next Jedi Din Djarin and Grogu will encounter after crossing paths with Ahsoka Tano, and this incredible fan-made poster imagines Sebastian Stan as a young Luke Skywalker.

Last Friday's episode of The Mandalorian saw Din Djarin and Grogu meet Ahsoka Tano (played by Rosario Dawson). The Clone Wars hero revealed that she was unable to train The Child due to his attachments to the bounty hunter, but pointed the duo in the direction of a location that might see another Jedi make contact (if that's what Grogu wants).

Over the past few days, there's been a lot of speculation about that possibility that Luke Skywalker could take The Child under his wing, though that's a rather depressing thought considering we already know that most his students are ultimately killed by Ben Solo and the Knights of Ren.

It's also hard to say whether Ahsoka would really want the son of Anakin Skywalker training Grogu, though it's possible the two of them never crossed paths following Return of the Jedi

Regardless, an awesome new fan-made poster - in the same style as the ones Lucasfilm releases each Monday - shows what The Falcon and The Winter Soldier star Sebastian Stan could look like a young Luke Skywalker. This is perfect casting, and would be the best possible way to bring the Jedi Knight back to live-action. Unfortunately, it's probably wishful thinking.

He needs the tunic over this. It looks very jedi. Also, that hair needs some work. Other than that, not too bad.

@Gmoney84 - I dunno. He had the black outfit in Jedi Knight and it suited him. He can chuck on the tunic when he gets older. At this point he’s traveling around the galaxy, right? Bangin Mara Jade and rescuing force sensitive kids....

... but just how nuts would it be if Luke actually did show up. That would be some Baby Yoda levels of secrecy! Perhaps they tossed us the Ahsoka bone to throw us off the scent

@Gmoney84 - I've always preferred the grey tunic, and for the life of me, I can't understand why he loses it midway through ROTJ lol

This season already showed with Dawson and Ahsoka that fan-casting is not entirely overlooked, so they would be fools not to take this one into account as well.

I'm hoping that when we get to see Luke, that we'll also get Chewy and a young Ben. I can easily see them exploring the galaxy, since the Jedi Academy isn't set up yet.

@bkmeijer - Especially given that Mark Hamill has been personally pushing Stan as Young Luke for several years now.

Why do a Han Solo prequel, when you could've just done a Luke Skywalker movie, set after the original trilogy??? Hasn't Luke always been the more popular character? Weird.
