It's been nearly a week since the Obi-Wan Kenobi finale arrived on Disney+, and Lucasfilm has today released one final batch of stills from the series. If you've been hoping for a closer look at the biggest moments from the show's sixth chapter, we have you covered because there are a lot of great scenes to delve into here.
We spend some time on Tatooine with Owen and Beru Lars (along with the young Luke Skywalker, of course), and get to see The Grand Inquisitor alongside Darth Vader following his return in the penultimate episode. This conversation was pretty much it for the villain in the finale, though fans who have watched Star Wars Rebels will know how his story eventually ends, anyway.
Obi-Wan's epic, breathtaking clash with Vader is also featured, and we finally have a great hi-res shot of what remains of Anakin Skywalker beneath the Sith Lord's helmet.
From there, you'll see a number of shots with characters like Princess Leia, Reva, and Bail Organa, but it's the official stills showcasing Emperor Palpatine and Qui-Gon Jinn's respective returns that we're sure many of you will be most appreciative of. While the former is shown from a distance, this is a fantastic image of Liam Neeson's return to this Galaxy Far, Far Away.
There have recently been rumblings about an Obi-Wan Kenobi season 2, but we don't expect to spend time with Ben again for quite a while. Other characters introduced in the series could easily appear elsewhere, so that's going to be worth keeping an eye on in upcoming shows like Andor and even The Bad Batch.
