VIDEO GAMES: PS4 Release Date For RISE OF THE TOMB RAIDER Possibly Revealed
While unconfirmed, a new listing found on GameStop's Italian website may have revealed the long-awaited release date for Rise Of The Tomb Raider on the Playstation 4. Come take a look!
Crystal Dynamics & Square Enix upset many gamers worldwide when they announced their Tomb Raider sequel - Rise of the Tomb Raider - as an Xbox-exclusive, albeit with a slight silver lining, that it would be a timed exclusive, meaning it would eventually arrive on the superior Playstation 4 at a yet-to-be announced date.
Well, it's been several months now since the game released to widespread critical acclaim back in November and until today, we had yet to hear anything regarding their plans to release the game on the PS4. IGN (via NeoGAF) has discovered a new listing on the Italian GameStop website that claims the game will hit stores, in Italy, Tuesday, October 11, which is nearly eleven months after the game's initial launch. The game is also currently listed on Amazon with a placeholder date and a price tag of $60.
