ACCESSing a Wonder Woman "movie" costume

With "Green Lantern" debuting next year on the big screen, it won't be long for the Amazing Amazon to head in that direction. Here's my take on what I would like to see Wonder Woman wears in her movie. I've also included my pick to play Diana.

I know that Jim Lee recently gave Wonder Woman a new costume. That costume looks good, but I kind of felt that it lost its timelessness (the jacket seems like a throwback of the 90s).

So, here's my take on WW costume. I wanted to retain some of the elements that make her costume classic but still update it for today's audience. As always, I really feel that no one will take her seriously if she is in a bikini for the planned live adaptation. So, I covered her up. In my mind WW's Amazons are modern people with a touch of their ancient Greek heritage. They are still warriors, but how they look should a bit contemporary. The blue and red in her costume are the same material as what she has before (spandex like/leather) and with the gold stuff to be metal. I placed a star on her shoulder because her back story includes her wearing a symbol of the place where she will be ambassador. I think the shoulder is a better placement than her panties if she is urging for peace.
