This year, we seem to be getting quite a few CBMs, and with those come trailers. As a movie buff, I always enjoy a well-written and good quote. To celebrate my excitement for this year's CBMs, I am going to share 4 of the quotes I really liked from the trailers released thus far:
4) "This drink, I like it. Another!"- Thor (Thor)
I really like this quote because, not only is it funny, but it shows what kind of person Thor is before he learns humility. That being said, Chris Hemsworth seems to be doing a great job as Thor and I can't wait to see the film.
3) "In brightest day, in blackest night...beware my power, Green Lantern's light!"- Hal Jordan (Green Lantern)
Ah yes, the famous Green Lantern oath. Just hearing that very iconic phrase is just awesome to say the least. Although I'm still sceptical on how this film will turn out compared to the other CBMs released this year, I still think it will be enjoyable.
2) "I will destroy their kind"- Loki (Thor)
Loki is definitely one of my favorite Marvel villains. Hearing this quote sends chills down my spine, sensing how great of a villain Loki is. Tom Hiddleston seems to have captured Loki's personality perfectly, and this quote shows it.
1) "a weak man knows the value of strength, knows the value of power"- Dr. Erskine (Captain America: The First Avenger)
This is my favorite quote out of all the CBM trailers released this year! It just sounds so inspirational and beautiful. Mr. Tucci adds to the awesomeness himself, of course! This is the one CBM I'm looking forward to the most this year not just because of this quote, but because the story of Steve Rogers is so great and this quote truly demonstrates it.
