The Good Dinosaur" asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

The voice cast of The Good Dinosaur includes  Lucas Neff, Bill Hader, Neil Patrick Harris, John Lithgow, Frances McDormand, and Judy Greer, and is set to be released on November 25th.

Ya the character designs for the dinosaurs they look somewhat cheap or just not up to Pixar standard. Maybe because it is so radically different then what Pixar has done in the past. Compare this trailer to Finding Nemo, Up, Brave hell even A Bug's Life the animals in those movies were of a more realistic style or close to it. Here in this movie the dinosaur designs are super cartoony and the legs of the main dinosaur just bug me especially those knees.

@BeusExSponge

Maybe that is the reason I find the dinosaur designs so jarring. The backgrounds are gorgeous and look almost real while the dinosaur designs are so cartoony that the juxtaposition is so jarring between the two.

The upshot of dinosaurs hanging in there is that there would never be josh wilding articles.

@NovaCorpsFan

Of course this will the first movie in the Pixar chronology or it will be in the far far future where lizards have evolved in dinosaur size and humans have devolved to cavemen.

"Inside Out was a hit for Pixar earlier this month".

Inside Out had cost to Disney's accounts of $ 245 million and made so far $ 490 million on box office worldwide. That's not a hit, my friend.

A movie with that budget has to make $ 750 million to be a success!

I don't know where, but I think I heard this wasn't doing so hot with the folks inside Pixar. I hope it's good though, Inside Out was friggin great.
