Five unsuspecting teenagers, transported from Earth into the middle of a sprawling intergalactic war, become pilots for five robotic lions in the battle to protect the universe from evil. Only through the true power of teamwork can they unite to form the mighty warrior known as Voltron: Legendary Defender.

The first 13 22-minute episodes of Voltron: Legendary Defender will drop later this year.

Really??? You people seriously dont know Voltron? How can you call yourselves nerds and not know Voltron Defender of the Flipping Universe? It came out in 1986 I think and super Sentai started in 75 so technically PR came first but not the PR we all know. BATTLE FEVER!!!

Looks good to me. Art style reminds me of Avatar, characters were instantly recognizable. I will wait to see a full trailer before making any judgment.
