Disney and Marvel Studios have always had fun promoting the Ant-Man movies, and while the upcoming threequel looks a little more serious than its predecessors, there are still some laughs to be had.
Yesterday, the first trailer and poster for Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania were released, but the former has now been followed by an "ant-size" version of the sneak peek. There's no new footage, but the trailer is specifically for ants, so it's just an appropriately tiny take on the one we've already seen.
This is a clever gimmick and one that fans on social media have responded to in a big way.
While this teaser was released in time to play in front of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever next month, we'd be surprised if another isn't released in December alongside Avatar: The Way of Water. Marvel Studios is increasingly busy these days thanks to all those Disney+ TV shows, and it feels like they've waited until fairly late in the day to hype this movie up.

In Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, Super-Hero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Together, with Hope’s parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible.
Jonathan Majors joins the adventure as Kang. Director Peyton Reed returns to direct the film; Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard produce.
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is set to be released in theaters on February 17, 2023.
