POLL: What Was Your Favorite Superhero Movie Of 2015?

POLL: What Was Your Favorite Superhero Movie Of 2015?

Ahead of a jam packed 2016, this year has been relatively low key for superhero movies with only three major releases. Those were of course Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, and Fantastic Four. What we want to know, is which of these did you like the most?

2015 could have been a very different year for superhero movies. It was on July 17th that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was originally set to be released, a date that Marvel Studios didn't hesitate to swoop in and steal for Ant-Man (which was scheduled to debut two weeks later). However, with that delayed to 2016 and a number of other huge releases coming our way next year, 2015 has surprisingly seen only three major superhero movies reach the big screen.

As I mentioned above, those were Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, and Fantastic Four. The first was the sequel to the biggest comic book movie of all-time, while the second was a big risk for Marvel - especially after Edgar Wright's departure - which appears to have mostly payed off, even if it wasn't the runaway success Guardians of the Galaxy was this time last year. Fantastic Four meanwhile is one of 2015's biggest flops and an unmitigated disaster which we've all enjoyed learning more about as the shocking and strange behind the scenes issues have come to light.

The question now is, which of these three very different releases did you end up liking the most? Cast your vote in the poll below and then be sure to sound off in the usual place...

Age Of Ultron and Ant-Man were good movies, but sadly we didn't get any great ones.

I'd pick The Winter Soldier, Days Of Future Past and Guardians Of The Galaxy over all of the superhero movies we've seen this year.

Bring on 2016.

Should've been CBM and not just superhero movie, that way I could vote for Kingsman.

Kingsman was the best, although I suppose they aren't strictly superheroes.

Anyway, I gotta give it to Ant-Man. Much cleaner, and well made.

Very hard choice, ant man is the better movie, but I had more fun with the avengers so it gets my vote

Ant-Man was alright. It wasn't bad, that's the main reason why it was good.

I vote for Ultron.

I don't know where my comment goes, but again Age of Ultron ftw. Amazing movie btw.

Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and Vision introduction was great.

Ultron is not the finest villain of the MCU, but I think he have his moments.

Ant-Man all the way. I have to admit I'm surprised I enjoyed the movie as much as I did, wasn't expecting it to be as good as it turned out to be. This year was just the warmup act to the awesomeness that will be next year.
