"Oh, that's all rumors man," Paul Rudd told an Absolute Radio interviewer who asked the Anchorman: The Legend Continues star about reports that he is the front-runner to play Hank Pym in Marvel's Ant-Man movie. "There's nothing I know, sorry," the actor added oh so blatantly.
After his name was first mentioned alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt's back in October, Paul Rudd reportedly became the top contender to lead the Edgar Wright-directed film a few weeks ago. But judging by Rudd's response above, he's either declined Marvel's offer - there were rumors that he wanted more money for the role - or he's yet to sign on officially and he's just abiding by his non-disclosure agreement. Anyhow, Ant-Man is scheduled for release July 31, 2015. What do you think?
