As of now, everyone has seen the Avengers Super Bowl TV spot. We caught a glimpse of the mysterious alien invaders, but everyone has a different take on who these invaders are. If we go back to some pictures that were in a few recent posts,we can see Nick Fury attacking some creature that resembles the Predator from behind and we have a still of the creatures from the Avengers trailer.
I scoured Marvel.com to try and figure out who these beings were. When I came across the Atlanteans, I found an image that seems to blend both of the other pictures together. This is purely speculation, but it seems like it is a potential match.
