The new trailer for what is sure to be another hit for Marvel and Disney has tantalised fans, leaving them guessing on what might be in store come May. There has been heated debate on whether or not the scenes showing dark rocky chasms, futuristic cities and mystery women are hints at the presence of Black Panther in the movie.

Others have speculated that we could see Thor trapped in Hel. While I agree these are all very real possibilities I would like to point out another which is only hinted at.

Commenters have noted that the line "in the flesh" seems slightly awkward in the trailer. I suggest the reason for this is because it is from another scene entirely, one we have not been shown. Why?

If you listen to the audio of Ultron in the first trailer, particularly at the beginning, you may note that Spader's voice sounds mechanical and very robotic.

Compare it to the audio in the second trailer, specifically the point where he says the line "In the flesh," and it is clear to me this audio is from another place entirely.

Of course, it could be that the audio has been cleaned up so it sounds clearer but I do not believe this is likely. At this point in the movie Ultron is supposed to be in an extremely primitive form so the gravelly voice with static seems to fit.

The idea of Ultron taking a human form is not unprecedented. In the comics during the story-line "The Ultron Initiative" he appears as a female human android.

Finally, in an interview with the Huffington Post during an earlier point in the films production Marvel Studios President, Kevin Feige, mentioned how "it will be more than a voice role--we'll be capturing his face and his body to create a whole performance." Obviously, he was referring to motion capture technology but we know Ultron continues to evolve throughout the film. So far we have only seen two of his forms. Is it possible that Ultron will slowly become more human until we're left with something that resembles James Spader more than a robot on screen?

This is pure speculation on my part but I don't think I'd rule it out.

Thanks for reading.
