Batman: Arkham Knight features some very cool jump scares. I lost track of the times I was grappling around Gotham City, only to have The Joker or Man-Bat suddenly leap out at me from a rooftop! As it turns out, even after completing the game, it will still happen...but only on Halloween. Set your console's clock to October 31st and start up the game, and providing you've completed the "Creature of the Night" side quest, Man-Bat will make a surprise reappearance!

More details are in the video below, and if you head to the GCPD once this happens, you'll find out how exactly he escaped captivity. What were your favourite Batman: Arkham Knight Easter Eggs?

i guess for the first Batman solo adventure Ben and Geoff will choose Joker.
They kinda have too if Todd is dead. They should probably save Harvey for a second or third movie jut to avoid Nolan movie comparison.
Penguin and the Joker ?
Riddler and the Joker ?
Scarecrow and the Joker ?
Zsasz and the Joker ?

Zsash and The Joker teamup would be weird but cool.

@jerryblake its going to be red hood

jerryblake - 7/26/2015, 6:45 PM
But i guess they gonna go with Redhood story. Not a fan since i know the twist already (Jason is alive)

Arkham Knight
Batman Beyond "Return of the Joker" (with Tim Drake instead Jason)
Under the Red Hood

we shall see. let's hope if B&G gonna go with Red Hood it will be something special.

but i guess it would have more impact if Todd stayed dead.

Man Bat has never jump out on me. The only times I've ever seen him is when he's flying around the city all Willy Nilly and I tackle him.

THis happened to me without setting the console clock to October 31st, AND I did not already complete the side mission. Scared the shit out of me.

"I hope I NEVER see Man Bat or the Clone Saga for Spider-Man. They are both terrible and would be horrible ideas for movies."

Please, just keep your opinions to yourself and don't go around spouting how ignorant you are.

I've seen walkthroughs where Man-Bat shows up right after Riddler's message to Batman about having kidnapped Catwoman....he never showed up at that spot for me when I played it.

i watched a walkthrough and like MisterSuperior said he showed up after the Riddler said he had Catwoman, nearly scared the crap out of me tbh

@ MisterSuperior

Right, and mine occurred on my way to meet Nightwing early on in the game. I think it's more of a random event

Just so you guys know, man bat shows up like that when the side mission is unlocked/activated (whatever you want to call it) then after you finish the side mission he escapes and pops up like that again like he did when the side mission started.
Minghagz
Minghagz - 7/26/2015, 9:58 PM
But I guess everyone's experience with the side mission is different because some people mentioned that he never even popped out from the top of a building

Yeah, Batfleck does look a little on the chubby side thanks to all that padding. Looks puffy.

Man-Bat is one of my favourite Batman villains,is sad he never had a proper adaptation in a movie (except a cut scene in Batman Forever) and a in a game (just a cameo)

Im at 98% in the game, all I got left is the Riddler trophies to collect in Stagg airships and Arkham Knight HQ, then I will execute the knightfall protocol.

BTW: The Batgirl DLC pack is by far the best DLC of all of the Arkham series (IMO)

The Arkham Knight's identity in this was a big let down. Anyone who has followed the comics or animated films over the last 10 years would have been able to figure out exactly who he is after the very first time Batman is face to face with him. Just the way he acts is a dead give away.

Also, I really disliked how there are now real boss battles in this or how the fights with Arkham Knight and Deathstroke were bith dumbed down to tank battles. Two of the best fighters Batman will ever go up against and they put them in tanks? How do you have a Batman game, a character who arguably has the biggest and most recognizable rogues gallery of any comic character, and not a single boss fight with any of them?

The game is good, don't get me wrong, and it has a great story, but I think Rocksteady made some mistakes that make this my least favorite in the series.

@DrBrooklyn

With me, it was right after I first met Nightwing. I got the thug's attention who then drove off to Penguin's hideout and the very first building outside of that warehouse where we meet up with Nightwing and once I grappled unto it, BAM! Scared the holy hell out of me as I was expecting him to first appear during Riddler's message to Batman and maybe I'm silly because I thought the consensus was that that's the first time Man-Bat does appear, but I was clearly wrong because you're right as it being only a random occurrence.

And anyone else check back at Langstrom's office where his wife seemingly became She-Bat? Words pop up in blood that says 'Forever My Love'.
