John Blake in TDKR -- He's Actually From the Comics

Think again CBM'ers, John Blake is a character from the Batman comics...does this have anything to do with TDKR?

A geek over at Bleeding Cool delved deep into his comic book collection to make an interesting discovery: John Blake IS from the comics. Does this explain his role in The Dark Knight Rises, or is 'John Blake' still a moniker to hide JGL's character? Check out the comic below.

Will Chris Nolan's newest installation in the series feature a flashback connected to the Joker? Share your thoughts below.

Of course! Why it's all so crystal clear now. Nolan and Goyer obviously have some master stroke planned to have meticulously chosen this name. After going to all the trouble of feverishly poring over every inane scrap of old Batman comic panels they could find. There MUST be a hidden meaning here somewhere. The trauma of this stolen report card must alter Johnny in some way to put him on a collision course of destiny with the Dark Knight!

OR,.... it could be a [frick]in' COINCIDENCE!

Considering the level of Nolan's commitment to the franchise, i'm not willing to believe, at first, that it's a coincidence.
@Comedian03 Perhaps it was put forth in a jokey manner, but on a serious note we have no choice but to believe that Nolan could do something like this.

@elcabellerooscuro92 -- Yeah, I found the Wikipedia page. lol
