Tickets for The Batman went on sale earlier today, but based on how quickly those early IMAX seats sold out, if you haven't already got yours for opening night, it may now be too late!
To mark the occasion, Dolby, IMAX, ScreenX, and 4DX have all released new posters for the highly anticipated blockbuster. There's nothing overly special here, but as the hype continues to build, these are enough to remind fans that one of the biggest movies of the year is on the horizon.
It looks set to be the first title since last December's Spider-Man: No Way Home to open to more than $100 million at the domestic box office, something exhibitors are bound to be excited by. We can't escape the feeling we're in store for something special with The Batman, and if fan screenings are taking place on March 1, it shouldn't be too much longer before critics start weighing in.
The Batman finds the Caped Crusader in his early years, struggling to balance rage with righteousness as he investigates a disturbing mystery that has terrorized Gotham City.
Joining Robert Pattinson in the star-studded ensemble are Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle; Paul Dano as Edward Nashton; Jeffrey Wright as the GCPD’s James Gordon; John Turturro as Carmine Falcone; Peter Sarsgaard as Gotham D.A. Gil Colson; Barry Keoghan as Officer Stanley Merkel; Jayme Lawson as mayoral candidate Bella Reál; with Andy Serkis as Alfred; and Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot.
The Batman is set to be released in theaters on March 4.
