According to Mr. Bill "Jett" Ramey, the Bat In Charge, over at batman-on-film.com, Batman 3 scouts have been actively working in Chicago.

Per Bill's sources Christopher Nolan and his Bat Team are heading back to Chicago to film the third installment of Nolan's blockbuster Bat Franchise!

"[They] have been out and about in Chicago's Financial District."

Since the last two Bat Flicks have been shot there in Chicago this comes as no surprise.

no riddler please. Need a real direct threat to bats physicaly, a certain assasin as mentiond above. No running around solving riddles. Have deathstroke kill a few to lure bats out and lets c a fite! (wit no dogs)

@ leee777 deadshot & deathstroke seem like cool choices,i think we should be moving away from the villains we see hundreds of times in tv shows & films week in week out like the riddler & penguin for example go for someone new like killercroc,mr freeze,bane,hush also how about introducing nightwing. (have you seen batman gotham knight a very good disc features a great deadshot vs batman story.)

This is excellent news - Nolan is without a doubt, a genius and I for one cant wait to see where he takes the next movie! Great find jman! :)

@Colton-an epic fight scene would be nice but that is one area where Nolan has struggled so far. Riddler can be a great villain, think of Kevin Spacey in Seven and you've got a pretty creepy villain to contend with. Deadshot or Deathstroke would be good secondary villains to set up the fight scenes.

@jman-every time I see your videos, I see Vince Vaughn. He is one of my favorite actors. Can you do the motorboat on your next review?

I hope we see Wayne Manor and the Batcave this time. Bruce competely abandoned it in the Dark Knight.

Also I'd like to see him go a little out of control with his playboy life style, now that Racheal is dead.

For them to even scout implies that they have something in mind on what they want to do. They wouldn't scout for places with which they have no idea of what and how they'll use it. This is good news! They have kept their story underwraps and have escaped the sights of our investigative editors. Kudos to them!

If we don't see the Cave and Wayne Manor back, I'll be seriously disappointed. Also, I think there should be a scene of Bruce going to his parents' graves.

im not a fan of "jett"
this is the same guy who has said numerous rumors but has gone back to remove them to keep his record clean. i do hope this is true cause i am a major batman fan and would love a chris nolan triolgy but "jett" himself is someone i personally cannot trust.

This is great! The first realistic sounding news, it means the ball will be rolling soon. YES!! Bring on Bain and The Riddler. Can't wait for the next flim. I love TDK but I don't worry about this holding up or being better or whatever. Nolan is involved and the Goyer brothers are writing it so I'm sure it will be awesome.

I hope they have Bale show the more helpful side to Bruce Wayne. Give back to the city. Nolans Batmans are amazing dont get me wrong. But they seem to lack the "Bruce Wayne" part to Batman and just focus on Batman. I kinda wanna see Penguin, but they gangster mobster type Penguin.
