Henry Cavill News have come across a recent interview with Man of Steel star Henry Cavill, and in it he talks more about next year's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Asked about what moviegoers should expect from the movie, he said: "It's Zack Snyder, so it's going to be a visual spectical and it's cinematic history. We're doing Batman and we're doing Superman, and it's all happening at the same time. So, fingers crossed it turns out to be as exciting as I think it is."

As for the criticism Ben Affleck faced when he as cast as the Caped Crusader, Cavill was asked if he had any advice for his co-star about suiting up as an iconic DC Comics superhero. "Right. We're talking about Ben Affleck here. I don't need to give him any advice. The guy's a legend. He does his own thing! He's great. He's fantastic." Fair enough! Will Superman beat Batman though? "I can't tell you that!" What do you guys think about these latest comments? Sound off below!

@Lozzy Really? I mean, there's a forum dedicated to pictures of Jeremy Renner's armpits, so this isn't too far fetched.

Couldn't have picked a better director. Not everyone is a fan of 'Watchmen', but if Snyder's dedication to that movie is any forecast, then this WILL be cinematic history

Yes, it is cinematic history, Mr. Cavill.

It's the reason Marvel's copybatting with Iron Man v Captain America: Civil War.

Zack Snyder still hasnt made a movie i consider 'great'. His best is Dawn of the Dead which was a remake. Man of Steel was a bit of a letdown for me and did not live up to the hype. I'm taking a wait and see approach to this.

Snyder is an expert when it comes to epic action scenes, so no need to worry about that. I just hope that he adds a little more color in this movie.

And for all the David Goyer worry warts, he's not attached with this film beyond story ideas (where he fits best).

Chris Terrio rewrote the story and script.
