Is Dan Amboyer Hinting At His Role In BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE?
Dan Amboyer is set to appear in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in an unspecified role, and today the actor has released a new image that might help shed some lime light on his role...
Ever since Warner Bros. announced Justice League: Part One and their full slate of DC Films, which includes a Green Lantern Corps movie set for 2020, many have debated on which Green Lantern should see the light of day and join the Justice League. Should it be Hal Jordan? Or John Stewart? Fans have wanted a variety of different actors for the two parts.
It's been long-rumored that small-time actor Dan Amboyer, who was cast in a bit part in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, had actually signed on to play the new Hal Jordan. The speculation intensified when Amboyer released a photo of himself on Instagram sporting a jacket similar to the one Jordan dons in the comics. Now, it's already been confirmed by Entertainment Weekly, in their feature last week, that Green Lantern doen't make an appearance nor is there a reference to him in Batman v Superman, and it's unlikely that he debuts in the DC Extended Universe until at least Justice League: Part Two, if even then. However, despite that, Amboyer continues to add fuel to the fire and has released another photo of himself that seemingly hints at his role in Batman v Superman. What do you think? Do you think Amboyer is playing Hal Jordan in Batman v Superman? Or is he just lobbying for the part?
