The Coventry Telegraph have spotted a brief interview with the director of Captain America: The First Avenger in this months issue of Total Film Magazine where he once again points out that the rumours claiming Namor the Submariner will be in the movie are nothing more than just talk! Here's what he had to say:
"That talk about Sub-Mariner is just talk."
"The story is solidly about Steve Rogers, his origins, and how he becomes Captain America."
So, no Namor and no Human Torch. While I think it's a good thing that the movie will focus on Steve Rogers (and hopefully Bucky) it's a real pity we wont get to see the team in all their glory. Here's hoping for a
