One of the most exciting parts of Captain Marvel is going to be seeing Starforce in action. While Marvel Studios has plucked the team out of obscurity, their presence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is generating a lot of hype, especially as Jude Law's Yon-Rogg will be in charge.
Now, Entertainment Weekly's new Captain Marvel special has revealed some character portraits that put the spotlight on Minn-Erva (Gemma Chan), Bron-Char (Rune Temte), Att-Lass (Algenis Perez Soto), Yon-Rogg (Jude Law), and Korath (Djimon Hounsou). We also have a very cool shot of the leader of the Skrulls, the villainous Talos (Ben Medohlson).
These characters all look awesome, and Marvel Studios has definitely nailed the make-up effects.
While we know that Korath ends up aligning himself with Ronan before being taken out by the Guardians of the Galaxy, the fates of the rest of these characters is something of a mystery right now so it will be interesting to see if they return further down the line.
