Brie Larson will take to the stars as Captain Marvel in the upcoming movie, but before she assumes that mantle, she's going to have to learn how to fly as ace pilot Major Carol Danvers without the use of superpowers.
Larson shared the following image to her social media accounts as she prepares to begin her flight-training for the role, and although she might well look a lot like this when she's actually shooting as Danvers, this photo is believed to have been taken during her recent visit to the Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.
Captain Marvel is not scheduled to commence production until March, but Marvel appears to be shooting something for the film - or possibly an Avengers post-credits lead-in - right now in Atlanta.
Whatever is being filmed, there's speculation that we might get our first glimpse of Larson on set this week, so be sure to keep an eye on CBM for updates.
