The Captain Marvel press release announcing the movie's official start of production featured a fair few surprises, including the fact that Guardians of the Galaxy star Lee Pace will be reprising the role of Ronan the Accuser in the upcoming release. Before you start theorising about how he'll return from the dead, bear in mind that Captain Marvel is set in the past during the height of the Kree/Skrull War.

During a recent interview to promote his new Broadway show Angels in America, Pace was asked about his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and while he didn't reveal much, the actor expressed his excitement about playing Ronan again and said he doesn't know much about the movie!

"I know nothing," Pace claimed. "I don’t know anything. I wish I could tell you all the secrets, but I don’t know any secrets! I’m excited to be back." He must know something but Captain Marvel is shrouded in an awful lot of secrecy, so chances are he's being kept in the dark until closer to the time he's required on set. Are you psyched to see Ronan back in action? Let us know your thoughts below.
