Ahead of Captain Marvel's release, there was a lot of speculation surrounding Jude Law's character. The prevailing theory was that he would be suiting up as Mar-Vell but merchandise confirmed months ago that he had actually been cast as Yon-Rogg (which is a shame, as it would have been much cooler to have that revealed in the movie itself).

Regardless, Law did a fantastic job with the character and now some concept art has been revealed which offers up a lot of very different takes on the well-known comic book villain.

We also have some awesome new versions of Gemma Chan's Minn-Erva, some of which not only take inspiration from the source materia,l but also a number of other cosmic heroes and villains. Finally, there are a handful of incredible keyframes depicting the entire Starforce team standing tall.

Simply put, these are a must-see, so click on the "View List" button below to check the gallery out...

One of these two would have been perfect IMO. Reminds me of EMH Krees.

I have a feeling that some of these may show up in the sequel.

I’m just gonna be brutally honest... Captain Marvel did nothing for me. I liked the Skrulls (especially Talos), and Fury was solid as always. CGI was pretty good too, but the movie in general was about as bland as all get out. Brie Larson didn’t sell me as CM one bit, in fact, she was the worst part. And I’m not one of those Larson haters, lol. I’m sure she’s a fine actress and she seems like a great person... but maybe this just wasn’t her role. Or maybe it’s the directors/writers fault, idk.

Russo’s have a lot of work to do to make her halfway decent in Endgame, because her solo had me like...

And I really hate it when the MCU disappoints me. It rarely ever does.

Prediction time

Captain marvel 2 will explore:
*some Nova stuff. Perhaps we see a young Richard. Will go over why the accusers hate the nova corp
*we will see more of Yon rogg since he survived
*take place in time between 1990s and endgame
*VASTLY expand the cosmic side of the mcu. I'm talking characters we never imagined seeing in the mcu. There's a reason the last shot we see of Carol is her flying off into deep space

Captain marvel 3
*modern day
*secret invasion plot line. Circles back to cap marvel 1's story. Just like cap 3: civil war, it'll have LOTS of super hero supporting characters and take place mostly on earth

Captain marvel 4
*if they go this far... I can see them doing civil war but in a way that makes Carol likeable. And instead of iron man being her opposite, it would be one of the new characters (Mr. Fantastic, or xmen leaders)
