As previously reported, the second issue of DC Rebirth's Suicide Squad saw Captain Boomerang (supposedly) bite the dust as General Zod used his heat vision to escape the Phantom Zone. Down a member, the chances of Task Force X putting up a decent fight
against the Justice League this December seemed even less likely. That is until it was confirmed that the Suicide Squad would be replacing Boomerang with none other than the man who killed him, General Zod. That gives Superman a suitable opponent but who will match up against Wonder Woman, Flash and the JL's two Green Lanterns?
