We have seen a fair few movies adapted from DC's excellent Vertigo imprint. And most of them have pretty much lived up to the standards of the comics they sprang from imo. Obviously I'm not including
The Losers in that. But Vertigo's most popular titles have actually still failed to get the big screen treatment. Some have been rumored, some we have been promised for years and some I'm sure will eventually happen. But which one would you guys most like to see next?
Now I'm aware that there are a lot more Vertigo titles but I wanted to narrow it down to the most popular, longest running ones. Also there have been some characters like Swamp Thing, John Constantine and Animal Man that have recently crossed back over into the main DCU but they were a Vertigo staple for so long I thought it best to include them. By the way, for any of you that still haven't picked up a Vertigo comic 90% of the above titles are not only recommended but required reading if you are a comic fan. Get on it.
